2022’s hottest web trends are here – is your website keeping up?

2022 is just around the corner and with each new year, we see new technologies, styles and trends emerging in the world of web design. If you’re ready to make a big impression with your customers in 2022, you may want to think about updating your website with these new trends…

1. Playful and fun homepages

Large clickable hero images, animated landing pages and bright and bold colours will be big next year as companies aim to create a fun and upbeat tone. Expect to see lots of playful fonts and upbeat, positive messaging.

2. Greater personalisation and tailoring of content

Browsing experiences will become even more personalised with websites displaying tailored content to web visitors. Users will see different landing pages and pop-ups based on their location, browsing history and when they visit.

3. More micro-animations and interactions

These little movements and responses to your navigation are a fun feature that we’ll see a lot more of in 2022. Buttons that expand or change colour and moving icons will become more commonplace to guide you through the navigation of a website.
